If possible, we always try to ship your orders the same day we receive your request, provided that the products are in stock.

We send the parcels via PostNL.

In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, we will let you know it by email as soon as possible.

In the case you change your mind about your order, please email us as soon as possible, so we can cancel or adjust it.

You can return items within 7 working days, but the shipping costs will be for your account.

The first day of this period of 7 working days, is the day you receive your order.
